SCALITAL BOBBINS are the ideal solution to problems related to higher and higher working speeds (such as vibration, noise, maintenance). They are produced in different shapes and dimensions, according to customers requirements. Light alloys with high mechanic specifications are used, to stand high pressures from the yarn without getting deformed. Special bushes are used for the bore, self-lubricating and with high resistance to wear. Tolerance on key points are extremely strict on all the products, with special care for eccentricity and dynamical balance.
